I don’t know about you, but I have definitely gone through phases where I have an obsession with something and wear the hell out of it. Right now, that obsession is two of the biggest spring trends: statement sleeves and floral embroidery. You can imagine my sheer delight when I found this top. Even more delightful is the ridiculously cheap price tag that comes with it. For less than $40, this beauty is a gorgeous addition to your spring and summer wardrobe. The detailing on it makes it look so much more expensive than it is, and who doesn’t love a huge bell sleeve?!

The next trend that I’ve been loving lately is fun and quirky clutches. There are so many awesome bags out there that are so unique and really make a statement. This banana leaf clutch was one that I spotted while watching an episode from the latest season of Girls. Shoshana had it on her in a party scene, and I was immediately in love. I literally jumped right on to Google to find this thing. What I found out is that her bag was most likely a Kate Spade bag, which I could only find listed on Ebay since it seems to be from a previous year. I did a little more digging, and I found this perfect lookalike on the Canadian Forever 21 page. Being the crazy person that I am, I had this bag shipped to my friends in Calgary and had them ship it to me because you can’t order off the Canadian Forever 21 if you don’t have a Canadian address. I’m telling you guys, my dedication to fashion is pretty incredible. 😉 I’m sad to say that this bag is not available anymore. Hopefully, Forever 21 starts selling it in the US because it is such a great conversation piece! What are your favorite trends you’ve been rocking this year?
