Its been a while since I did a look for less post, but lately I have been absolutely obsessed with this chunky black boot style so I wanted to bring you some affordable alternatives for the Bottega Veneta Lug Boot. These chunky, Chelsea style boots with lug soles that Bottega Veneta have made so popular are arguably the biggest boot trend of this fall and winter season, and its easy to see why. They’re comfortable, they go with anything from sweats to dresses, and they give any outfit such a cool edge.
I have been looking for the perfect pair of affordable alternatives to these boots and it has taken me a minute to find a style that I like at a price point I could get behind. I was looking to spend no more than $60 on this boot style, but in all searching and prep for this Bottega Veneta Lug Boot alternative post, I had a really hard time finding a style I liked at $60 or less. In the end, I settled on this style from Asos that retails for $127….definitely more than I wanted to spend but as they are real leather, I feel a little less guilty about my purchase! They are super comfortable and fairly easy to pull on and off, thanks the pull tabs on the front and back of the boot. And, at $127, they’re much more reasonably priced than the $1100 Bottega Veneta version!

This pair from Shein retail for $50 and also come in a cream colorway, which are also super cute! I wish I had a smaller foot or I probably would’ve bought both colors in this style.

This Shein style is a wide fit and comes in black, white, and brown…for only $46! I also might have sprung for this style but alas, Shein STILL doesn’t make a size 10 in all their shoe styles…wtf, Shein?!

Steve Madden jumped on the trend with their Explorer boot, which retails for $149 is also genuine leather.
PRETTY LITTLE THING
Pretty Little Thing has their version of the Bottega Veneta Lug boot on sale right now, for $55!
ASOS
This style boasts a major platform, and they are only $56!

This Jeffrey Campbell style retails for $179. They’re a bit on the higher end side, but are made from ultra-smooth leather.
